From Communications Lead, to IT support, to Training Officers, our Central Charity has every position going. These volunteer roles are usually filled by past Project Workers and Project Researchers, but we love to get external applications as well. All positions are held for only one or two years to ensure that we give as many volunteers as possible the chance to gain skills in new areas. The only exception are the Trustees, who have longer tenancies to enable them to develop and implement long-term strategy.

What Areas Can I Work In?

EPAfrica is made up of four Committees and four University Societies (see below). Each division is headed up by a member of our fantastic Board of Directors, who advise and direct the work of their committees.

"Being Communications WSL for the EPAfrica Central Charity has been a great experience, although challenging at times! From working on the new website, newsletters and social media strategy, I have gained skills that will definitely help in my day job."
